A good way to kick penalty

Ability in terms of absolute penalty kick must be mastered by every football player / sports Futsal is no exception to the goalie, because the penalty could play an important role in determining victory or defeat of a game. If the penalty is well done, then the possibility of a goal will be even greater.

There are two types of penalty: Placement Direction (Placer) and Power Kick (Blaster).

Penalty kick with power using the power of the inner leg / back, while the placement direction (Placer) is done by using the inside leg.

Kicker must consider also aspects phisiologi. This is the key factor in terms of facing the tricks of the goalkeeper to make movements that would interfere if our concentration.

There are some basic concepts in a penalty.

- Take the direction of one of 2 top corner and try to do exercises repeatedly to get a good kick.
